How to Send Your Photo:
After your purchase, please email your photo to 3djadecraft@gmail.com with your order details.
Photo Size Requirements:
Our photos measure 144 H x 108 W or 108 H x 144 W. If possible, please adapt your photo to these dimensions; otherwise, we will adjust it automatically.
Photo Quality Recommendations:
- High-quality photos are recommended. The higher the resolution, the better (please note that emails typically have a maximum size of 20 MB or lower).
- Ideally, select a photo taken in soft, natural light. Avoid harsh shadows or overly bright sunlight, especially on faces.
- High contrast photos tend to deliver the best results, but don’t worry our products look stunning even with non-professional photos.

If that’s beyond your budget, we also offer an affordable test printing service. You can have your photo printed in a convenient card size, with two different color settings, to help you choose the perfect final product. We’ll email you a picture of the test prints, so you’ll know exactly what to expect. Plus, these cards are a unique way to carry your favorite photos with you, keep them in your wallet and just use sunlight or any light source to bring them to life!
